Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of all data we store about your Facebook account in either of two ways:

Option 1 — Revoke the app on Facebook

1. Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
2. Find meta-chatbot and click Remove.
3. Facebook will notify us automatically; deletion runs within 24 hours and you'll receive a confirmation code that can be checked on the status URL we return to Facebook.

Option 2 — Email us directly

Send an email to developers@glinteco.com from the email address registered with your Facebook account. Subject line: Data deletion request. We will process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your Facebook identity record on our service.
• Your workspace and any Facebook Pages connected through it.
• Messages exchanged through those Pages.
• Long-lived and page access tokens.

Audit record

We retain only the confirmation code and the Facebook user ID for compliance reporting; no personal content is kept.
