What we collect

• Facebook profile fields you grant us at sign-in: ID, name, email (optional), profile picture.
• Pages you manage that you choose to connect: page ID, name, category, page access token.
• Messages exchanged through Facebook Messenger between your Facebook Page and people who message it.

How we use it

We use this data to operate the meta-chatbot service: receive inbound Messenger events, generate replies, and send those replies back through the Graph API on behalf of your Page.

Third parties

• n8n (workflow execution) — receives a per-message payload to compute the reply.
• OpenAI / Anthropic / Google (LLM providers) — used by n8n to generate replies.
• Sentry (error monitoring) — receives sanitized error metadata; never message content.

Retention

Messages and Page metadata are retained as long as your account is active. You may revoke access at any time from Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, which triggers automatic deletion through our Data Deletion endpoint.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time via the Data Deletion page or by revoking the app in your Facebook Settings.
