Service

meta-chatbot is a managed software-as-a-service that lets the operator of a Facebook Page automate Messenger replies via a configurable workflow.

Acceptable use

• You will not use the service to send spam, harassment, or content prohibited by Meta's Platform Terms.
• You will keep your account credentials confidential.
• You may not reverse engineer or resell the service without a written agreement.

Availability & disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Outages of upstream services (Facebook Graph API, LLM providers, n8n) may cause temporary degradation.

Termination

You may revoke the connection in your Facebook account at any time. We may suspend service for accounts that violate these terms.
